The international relations of States represent one of the oldest areas of relations regulated by the norms of public international law. The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the most important institutes of diplomatic law and consular law with emphasis on independent theoretical analysis, interpretation, comparison and future practical implementation and application of relevant international law.
